Parece que para IPSOS tomar el pelo a los peruanos (con sus encuestas truchas) es un deporte, el descaro es mas que evidente de esta pseudoencuestadora.
Y los comunistas instalados en los ministerios no tienen empacho en soltar mentiras, hacer pasar una encuesta hecha en la vaca voladora o el downton como "UN ESTUDIO"
